Trico Sources, Inc. is strongly committed to protecting the privacy of its user community. The intent of this privacy policy is to detail the information Trico Sources, Inc. may gather about individuals who visit its web site, how that information is used, and Trico Sources, Inc.'s disclosure practices.

Site Usage Information
Trico Sources, Inc. gathers "site usage" information from all visitors to our sites. Such data is used in the aggregate to help determine general usage patterns and fine tune layout in order to ensure that our sites are as useful and enjoyable as possible.

Please note that Trico Sources, Inc. does control all HTML served in conjunction with its site. As of now, Trico Sources, Inc. does not include content or advertisement from other parties.

What We Gather and Why
We gather personal information in four areas of the site:

Contest: We may occasionally hold an optional contest on our site. This information is not optional, it is needed to contact you in the event you win. For the contest we gather:

- Name, e-mail address

Survey: Each field in our survey is entirely optional as well as the survey itself. For the survey we gather:

- Name, e-mail address, phone, company name, company address, company phone, fax, answers to various general questions about the site

Newsletter: Our newsletter is a weekly mailing containing information about our products and special discounts for the week and special articles written about featured products. For the newsletter we gather:

- e-mail address

Refer a friend: At any given time we may offer a feature such as "Refer-a-Friend" and get a free entry in the contest of the month! For this we collect:

- Your name, your e-mail address, friends name, friends email address.

Ordering: The order process requires Type I sensitive information such as your address and credit card number. This information is used only for the billing and shipping methods of the order process. Your credit card information is not kept on any live servers, nor is any information given out to any other companies. For the ordering process we gather:

-Title, first name, middle name, last name, name suffix, company name, home address, e-mail address, company name, city, state, zip, Country, phone number, coupon number, payment method, name on CC, credit card #, CC expiration date, billing address (if different from shipping address)

Individually identifiable information will not be released to third parties under any circumstances. Visitors are specifically asked for individually identifiable information when signing up to use certain Trico Sources, Inc. services, such as newsletters, the survey, contests and when going through the order process. In some instances, users may be asked for personal interest and demographic information in order to create a more customized user experience; however these fields are optional as noted above.

From time to time, Trico Sources, Inc. may wish to contact individual users regarding community news or to make promotional offers. However, such communications will only be delivered to users who have previously approved them.

The Order Process
All product pages and secure order forms are hosted locally (as opposed to a 3rd party shopping cart). Our shopping cart is securely handled by our hosting provider. Any data collected is solely for the use of Trico Sources, Inc. and will not be sold, shared, or rented.

The order process stores a cookie on you're computer so that we may better serve you in the future. This cookie stores only your name, address, phone number and any coupon you have used in the past. No billing information, including your credit card number, is stored in the cookie, nor is any billing information stored on our servers.

Credit card information is NOT stored anywhere on our server. We connect to a secure gateway for credit card approval. After a response is given, your credit card information is destroyed. It is at no time stored on our servers.

Disclosure
Trico Sources, Inc. reserves the right to access and disclose individually identifiable information to comply with applicable laws and lawful government requests, to operate its systems properly or to protect itself or its users. Where practical, Trico Sources, Inc. will attempt to obtain the prior consent of the individual prior to disclosing individually identifiable information. As mentioned above, we reserve the right to share aggregated "site usage" information with third parties. In the end we do not rent, sell or lease customer information.
