Does TricoSources.com offer any technical support or advice?

Does TricoSources.com have a walk-in store where I can physically pick-up my merchandise?
Currently, we do not have a walk in store to pick up the merchandise that you ordered. We send all of the merchandise through UPS.

Does TricoSources.com have a newsletter email that I can subscribe to?
Yes, we have. You can register a newsletter with us by put a check mark on the subscribing the newsletter or you can sign in to your account and find the option in Subscribe or unsubscribe from newsletters page and check mark the General Newsletter.

I forgot my password. What should I do?
We will send you your password to your e-mail address which you entered when you register to us. For your convenience, we have a feature that enables you to obtain your password within minutes by simply entering your e-mail address. Your password will be sent to your e-mail. You can also call our customer service associate regarding this matter. Please be sure to have your account information ready, so we can search your account within our database

Can TricoSources.com help me to find a product base on a name or a description?
To find a product, please use our search engine. You need to type a few key words of the description or a brand name in the search engine box then press search.

Does TricoSources.com accept phone, fax, email or mail orders?
We accept phone, fax or email orders or quotes.

How can I track my previous order history?
No, currently our system does not support to have a product to be back-ordered. TricoSources.com wants to make sure that the products are available to you when you order it.

What happens when an item is out-of-stock?
TricoSources.com tries to replenish a product that is out-of-stock as soon as possible. If you want to buy the product that is out-of-stock, you can send us an e-mail to request information about when the product will be available at info@tricosources.com

How do I use TricoSources.com’s shopping cart?
TricoSources.com designs the website to make the shopping cart system easy to use. First, you may browse our website or use our search engine system to locate the product that you like to buy. On that product page, you can click the “add to cart” button. Your selected product will be saved on our database and you may feel free to browse for more products to buy.

Why am I unable to order a TricoSources.com gift certificate?
Currently, TricoSources.com does not offer gift certificate.

Can TricoSources.com help me to resolve a problem with the product I have ordered?

Where to find a repair shop or the address of my product's manufacturer?
TricoSources.com does not have the list for repair shops to repair the product. Also we do not give out product manufacturers’ information. For assistance, we advise you to contact the manufacturer of the product.

How can I check my order status?
You can login to your account and you can see in your account for your order status. You can also see your past order status in your account. You may also be able to cancel your order as long as the product has not been shipped.

Can I cancel an item that I recently ordered?
If TricoSources.com has not shipped your product, you still can cancel your order by contacting our customer service associate at 1-888-964-7426 or email us at info@tricosources.com.
If the product has been shipped, you will need to wait for the product to arrive. Once you receive the product, you can return the product back to us. Please see our Return Policy.

What payment methods does TricoSources.com accept?
Currently, we only accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express as our payment processor.

Do I need to pay tax on my order?
TricoSources.com is registered in the state of California. TricoSources.com charges tax to the customer that lives in the state of California.

Why my credit/debit card was declined?
TricoSources.com does not know specifically why your credit/debit card was declined. It is possible that you have entered the wrong credit/debit card number. If this is not the case, you need to contact your credit/debit card issuer regarding this matter.

May I know how a product is delivered?
We send most orders by UPS.

How do I know when my order will arrive?
You may track your order on the UPS website. We are going to inform you the tracking number after we shipped the merchandise. You can log in to your account to see the tracking number for your merchandise.

Can I have a product sent to another address?
No. Your shipping address must match to your billing address.

Where can I have my order shipped?
TricoSources.com only shipped the merchandise to USA excepts Hawaii and Alaska. For Hawaii and Alaska, and International order, please call our customer service at 1-888-964-7426 or email us at info@tricosources.com.

How do I know how much my Shipping & Handling charges?
The shipping and handling charges will be shown on the check out page and it will be included in the total amount.
