1. Minimum Order
There is a minimum order of $20.00. Order less than $20.00 is subject to $10 Service and Handling fee.

2. Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

3. Shipping regularly ships to residential and commercial locations in the United States All orders are shipped via UPS. We cannot ship to Post Office Boxes. We can ship to almost any other location in the world; however, additional shipping costs may apply. Please contact us to obtain a shipping price quote if you wish to ship an order outside the United States . In some circumstances, another shipping vendor may need to be used, which will be indicated when we provide a shipping price quote. Also be aware that when shipping to locations outside of the United States , all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Our freight carrier will collect these charges & fees from you for your government. Duties and taxes are mandated by your country, not by our company. The customer is responsible for paying these additional charges.

A. FREE Standard Shipping
FREE Standard Shipping is available on orders over $70 to locations within the 48 contiguous states via UPS Ground Service. Orders to locations outside the 48 contiguous states are subject to our regular shipping rates. Please contact us for price quote.

B. Shipping Charge
For order less than $70.00, a flat charge of $7.00* will be applied to your order and ship via UPS Ground Service.

C. Shipping Time and Delivery Time
Unless otherwise noted, our products that are not on backorder are available for shipping within 2 to 5 business days. Please note Delivery Time* = 2 - 5 days ship from California + UPS Transit Time (usually 2-7 days)

D. Expedited Shipping
We do offer expedited shipping at additional cost. contact us

4. Our Return Policy
At, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so if any product does not meet your expectations, simply return it and we will provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the following conditions are met: Please note: Shipping cost for returns are not refundable. All returns shipping cost are to be paid by the customer.

1. The product has not been used. An exchange or refund will not be given for products that have been used or products that have been damaged as the result of customer misuse or neglect.

2. The product is returned in its original packaging and the product's packaging has not been damaged

3. You request an RMA number within 7 days of receiving your order and clearly mark the number on the outside of the shipping carton. No RMA numbers will be issued after this 7 days period. Return packages without a clearly marked RMA number will not be accepted and will be returned at the shipper’s expense.

4. The product is returned within 14 days of receiving an RMA number. Absolutely no return packages will be accepted after this time period.

5. You enclose the original sales receipt (photo copies are not accepted).

5. Damaged or Defective Products
To insure the highest possible quality, Trico Sources, Inc. fully inspect each product before it ships. We also fully guarantee all of our products to be free from factory and workmanship defects. If any product is found to be defective, or has been damaged in shipping, we will arrange for return shipping and provide you with a refund or exchange, provided the conditions listed in our return policy are met.
